Sanctuary of Fátima

Stop: 45–60 minutes

The most important Catholic pilgrimage site in Portugal. Visit:

  • Chapel of the Apparitions
  • Main square
  • Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary

You’ll have time for photos, a short walk, and a brief visit to the sanctuary.

Batalha Monastery

Stop: 30 minutes

Drive about 20 minutes from Fátima.

View one of Portugal’s finest Gothic monuments, built after the victory in the Battle of Aljubarrota. On a short tour, most visitors focus on the exterior and main church areas.

Nazaré

Stop: 45–60 minutes

Drive about 30 minutes from Batalha.
